Refund and Return Policy for AfifaKart.com

  1. Replacement, Returns, and Refunds:

    In the event that a product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer has the right to raise a request for replacement, return, or refund within 5 days of receiving the product. Upon receiving such a request, AfifaKart.com will provide the following options:

    • Return of the product and refund of the amount paid.

    • Replacement of the product with the same product, of the same quantity and value. Replacement with a different product is not allowed, even if the value matches.

    To be eligible for a refund, replacement, or return, the product must be in resalable condition, meaning:

    • It must be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • It must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, labels, invoices, free gifts, or bonus items provided with the product.

    • The product should not show signs of misuse, mishandling, or alterations by the customer.

  2. Procedure for Return/Replacement:

    To initiate a return or replacement, customers must:

    Customers must provide supporting documents such as the invoice along with their request. Requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.

    Once the request is received, the returned product will be inspected. If the issue relates to quality, AfifaKart.com will investigate and, if needed, liaise with the manufacturer for resolution. If the customer cannot return the product, the company may rely on the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) for the product under the complaint. Upon completion of the inspection:

    • The replacement product will be dispatched within 21 working days from the request date.

  3. Return Policy:

    Customers may return products for the following reasons:

    • Defective product.

    • Damaged product.

    • Incorrect or erroneous delivery.

    • Wrong product.

    • Missing items.

    • Expired, spoiled, or used items.

    This return policy provides additional customer rights beyond statutory entitlements. In case of any conflict, statutory rights shall prevail.

  4. Refund Process:

    Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by AfifaKart.com. Once approved:

    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be transferred to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share their bank or UPI details via email for the refund. Refunds will be processed to the provided account.

  5. Cancellation of Order:

    Customers can cancel their orders within 30 minutes of placing them, before the order is processed.

    Prepaid order cancellations will result in a refund to the original payment method within 14 working days of cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and dispatched.
